I believe that relation between to adult in any term can't be sin if they feel happy. Agree?

Y do u want to keep a relationship secret in the first place? Well if both of them are married to different people ofcourse thats a sin. At times its normal to feel attracted to others ( whn u are married ) but dont let that attraction take u to different directions.I believe its sin cheating ur wife or husband. Its being totally an untrustworthy person !!!! Thats like being a CHEAPO !!!! U would not like if ur wife does that to u right !
If u both are not married, then its ur choice to keep it a secret or not and if u both are gonna get married then thats perfectly fine.

not a sin...
its worst that you are married and together but you are not happy and not contented to the love yo had. love is endlessy unconditional... whether yo are legtimate married or not at all, like marital relationship. the love, genuiness and the truthful wonders you both had will will grow and bare fruit of contentment.
marrage is jst a show, a paper, a legalization, something to be accepted in society. love is deep silent and full of wisdom, even if your both into secret, as long as there is love, nothing else matters in this world.
we are all meant to live with love, in which ever way., whatever we do, it will always come to us unexpectedly brought by time.

IF THE ADULTS WERE MARRIED(seperately with others),
Then they are making their partner into trouble.
IF NOT,
i feel it is a happy thing if they are with a limit.
it is not a sin.
