Dont cuss too much. (mom and dad are mormon lol)
Doesnt scream too much. (i love the screamin, just not the whole song.)
very instrumental. (alot of guitar and drums)
not very sexually explicit. (lol parents are mormon remember)

try the red jumpsuit apparatus :) i love them and they only cuss once i think. i dont remember. and they scream only a little in thier songs. its perfect.
you have good music taste :)
and i get the whole parent thing. i love panic at the disco. but whew! they are a little h*rny! lol

Crossfade, Default, Chevelle, Creed, Hoobastank, Linkin Park, Nickelback, Shinedown, Simple Plan, Straylight Run, Switchfoot, Trapt, Trust Company. I think most of these people are pretty light on the cussing, some still scream a little though.. kinda hard not to when you rock Lol. Good luck.

I'd suggest Bush, Taproot, Flaw, Everclear, Tantric, Blue October, Foo Fighters, Finger Eleven (especially their self titled album, their earlier stuff was much heavier in sound) for a start. If I think of more I'll update...
and for the record, Phish is much more similar to the Grateful Dead than to Breaking Benjamin. still an awesome sound, but definately not the same genre.

Phish, they are an awsome jam/happy music band! Listen to "bounceing around the room" sometime and you'll get it
