I know what you're looking for--I have books "Alice in Wonderland" and "Alice Through the Looking Glass". You want the John Tenniel illustrations. The books are copyrighted 1946. Go to E-bay-I don't know that you'll find actual prints - but you can get the books at a great price (last I checked they were going for $5). The illustrations are colorful, almost a watercolor print in the books.

Do some research on the origins of the tale. The story of Alice has appeared in many different incarnations. The original I think was called Alice Through The Looking Glass. Many musicions did renditions in the seventies with some pshchodelic album covers. A popular author called Jeff Noon has done a book called Automated Alice about the story and I also Know that Emmiliana Torrini did a version of the song White Rabbit, another muscical version of the tale. The story is much bigger than the disney title Alice in Wonderland.

The Alice in Wonderland tattoo may must be a good larger tattoo than purely your decrease decrease back. you may want to favor to think about making it an total decrease back piece or transferring it someplace else the position there'll be extra room. i'm honestly getting an similar topic on my top leg (from my thigh to my knee). the purely ingredient i can imagine of that would want to include all characters is the tea party scene - have Alice, Mad Hatter and Hare sitting on the table and the cat sitting on a branch in a tree interior of sight. solid success!

go to the Yahoo home page. In the search select 'images'. Then type in alice in wonderland. I've never failed to find an image on there of what I need.
