If you mean how is the disc manufactured I would say primarily the same way vinyl was used to press into a record, then the grooves are implanted.

CDs of course have the information encoded then burned to the disc for replay. Home electronics for reproducing quantities are available, usually able to burn at least five discs at once. Large companies have much greater capacity.
