This would seem an absurd notion. For one just as Christianity & Judaism are divided into multiple sects So to is Islam divided into two major sects and several minor ones like the Druse of Lebanon. Islam is far from a monolith. In fact Islam was one of the more tolerant of the 3 major Mono-theistic faiths through much of it's history. In fact during the Spanish Inquisition many of Europe's Jews Fled to Muslim Turkey where they were allowed to to practice freely.
That said Islam has always had a more militant element than either Christianity or Judaism. Fundamentalist within Islam Have used this militant past to justify a resurgence of militant behavior in order to reestablish regional caliphates and ultimately the the goal is to reestablish the grand caliphate which would reunite all Muslims under one faith and institute Sharia Law throughout the Muslim world. Many, if not most, of the Islamic fundamentalist sects reject outright the broader interpretation of Jihad as an inner struggle to surrender to the will of Allah. They favor the more literal interpretation of Jihad which is Literally force surrender to Allah's will.
In Sum, Are most Muslims terrorist likely not But if you ask are most Fundamentalist Muslims in support of terror and other forceful means the answer would be yes.

Absolutely not. There are extreme, radical people who call themselves Muslim who have done horrible things and said they were doing it for religious reasons.
This isn't the first time it's happened in history, and it probably won't be the last.
The radicals who perform acts of terrorism are no more real Muslims than people who are in the KKK, or other extreme groups who claim to be Christian, are really Christians.
Extremists are dangerous in general. No matter what religion they claim to be a part of.

terrorists are those who resort to violent means for what they believe to be a worthy cause...they come in all forms of beliefs and philosophies...to single out muslims is a diservice to the other nuts and kooks who create havoc among us and also many other muslims who do not resort to violence in expressing their beliefs....terrorism, at the end of the day, encompasses things like anti-abortionists killing abortion doctors, young misguided hoodlums shooting children in schools, military forces in iraq engaging in torture and civilian killings, timothy mcveigh and the oklahoma bombing, the khmer rouge in cambodia behind the killing fields of millions, to even such simpler things like child and sexual abuse crimes...it seems that the muslims have just gotten much more play because of the shocking nature of 9/11....to equate all muslims with it is understandable but misguided

No not me. I already knew that not all Muslims are terrorists.
The only Muslim terrorists are the 10% or so of the Muslim World who need death or life imprisonment at some mental asylum.

No I don't equate ALL Muslims as terrorists. However, I have read and heard many times that the Imans from their Mosques do not chastise them. Curious and strange, don't you agree?

I was going to answer this...but then I realized..small things come from small minds and you wouldn't understand...I just wish you can all open your stupid eyes and see who really was behind 9/11...look at your own doorstep..that's where you'll find the real culprit..but alas..I have no hope that you'll ever be intelligent enough to see the truth if it bites you..

i equate terrorists with terrorism.
i also have to say, when hatred is preached, hatred is learned, and hatred is lived, when a totalitarian theocracy dictates and oppresses the people, then they to are all about hate.
this is the same with all theocracies.
the old adage, power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely seems to apply frequently to the middle eastern countries and their 'leaders'.
when you support something you are part of it.
