As a matter of fact, Cornell University offers a 1-year MBA option for students with graduate degrees in Science and Technology, so this would be perfect for you. Check out the Cornell Business School website for more information.

In order to be admitted to a university to pursue an MBA degree you must have the required prerequisites in the business field. You probably have not taken these courses. You should access a catalog on the Internet or by mail for the universities you are considering entering and see what courses you have to have to enter the MBA.

I would suggest that you consult the chair of the Biotechnology Dept. at your college to discuss employment opportunities that your Biotechnology degree would prepare you for.

Sure! You can get an MBA with any background. There will always be some pre-reqs, but they are easy to acquire.

These days there is a lot of VC activity in Biotech, so an MBA with a solid technical background in biotech would be a very attractive associate level hire at a Silicon Valley VC firm.
