doing an "unsaintly" thing with a cheese bag, how should one report this to a manager. Like should I say "Yeah, Frank is making sweet love to the cheese"

I am assuming you work in the food industry, where cheese is produced and/ or packaged. As an employee, you have an obligation to protect the employer from a lawsuit and the general public from contaminated product, either of which in the long run could affect your job as well as those of your co-workers. What may be a prank to Frank, can ruin the good name of a reputable Company, and destroy its standing in the marketplace.

I recommend that you report "Frank" to your supervisor in a tactful way" "Frank has been contaminating the product by ....."

Tell Frank "I Know about you and the cheese".

Take a digital pic and post it throughout the office. It's mean but funny at the same time. Or you could just tell your boss flat out.

if he's not using company time to do his "unusual activities" then maybe you should mind your own business. for sure, cheese bag gave it's consent and you know what else, both of them are "trash" anyway. unless....that's your cheesebag?
