Not in a lifetime could you sell a poem on the web and make serious money.

One approach to consider is to start your own website where you can publish your poems. If your website can attract a million+ hits a year, then you can sell the website or advertising space on it.

If your poem is as good as you think it is, your fame will spread soon enough once it is published on the web. Fame can lead to serious money but is far from being a guarantee.

Good luck

YouTube monetization. Make money through views, likes, and comments. No requirements needed find something you like and make a channel for it or make a vlog channel. The only negative is it slow to start you need a good video editor and it takes real work and time dedication. Also until you make $600 plus a year you have to pay your own taxes, google (owner of youtube and adsense/monetization) won't take taxes out automatically unless you make the at least $600 a year.

lol, no poem can make you money, and if you write to make money then it's not a poem...

And sampling the bible does not count as a poem...

I'm sure you believe your poem is good... we all think what we write and draw is good... but if it IS that good then why try to make money off it... you received free now give free. Beast,feast... what is the next line... "and the human flesh turned to YEAST!"

Get a job if you want to make money, have your ever seen a rich artist.

you might win really big bucks if you join on-line contests like at www. poetry.com , however if you are looking forward for being a poet as a major source of income, it might not be advisable. poets really don't earn much money. and many poets write poems not really because of money but as a way of expressing themselves...

I doubt it. I've yet to hear of any poet who supported him/herself simply by writing and selling poetry.
