Is there an adapter to connect a three wire cord, camcorder to TV, to a USB port?

I want to connect a security camera to my computer monitor but it has plug that fits TV or VCR.(red,white & yellow) Any adapter that I canuse to connect via USB port? If not, any suggestions?

Pinnacle makes one (even includes S-video input).

Security cameras should be run via a software program in the computer. You would then need a video capture device, USB or PCI card.
