Thats simple,
As we rub together two surfaces, there is friction and hence the two close atoms are rubbed together which results in transfer of electrons...
The subs in which electrons are transfered is negatively charged (by convention electrons are supposed to have negative charge) and from which they are transfred is said to be positivly charged...

It's actually simple
The charged particles on the surface of one conductor will start vibrating more when heat is supplied to it n which is provided by friction, then the charges on vibratin more n more will start movin towards the other conductor with less no. of charged particles.
This is how it is!!!
