I asked a question a couple hours ago but for some reason, yahoo decided to remove it, first of all, it wasn't my intention to insult anyone or sound scandalous, it was a very serious question. I'd be greatly thankful for the answers. here it is again, I tried to change some words that might have sounded offensive.

Is it normal to have some bleeding while using some vibrating devices? It happens to me very often, what could be the reason?

Hmm, depends a little on where they are being used too. If vaginally (not obvious if you m or f) then you should self lubricate if you do not rush - and providing you are healthy, there should be no problems from a regular vibrator. Obviously if you are on/approaching your period, then this may also explain where the blood could be coming from.

If using anally then you DO need to add lubricant and plenty of it as the rectum does NOT self-lubricate and can tear slightly if too dry. Although small tears are not dangerous, it can still be very disconcerting to remove a toy only to find traces of blood.

In short, done properly, there should normally be NO blood - and if this continues after making sure you are not "on" and ARE lubricated (naturally or artificially) then please consider seeing a doc, something *might* just need a little bit of attention.

No bleeding when using a vibrator is not normal and needs to be checked out by the doc soon. Any abnormal bleeding should always be checkd by the doc. Since you indicate this has been going on for some time call Monday for an appointment to get this checked out.

I don't think it is normal. Are you having the same problem while having sex with a man? If the problem is happening regardless of whether you use a vibrator and with a man, I would go to a doctor to be checked out.

If it only happens when you use a vibrator but not with a man, you may need more lubrication as the previous person wrote.

Depending on what you are using and how you are using it you could be slightly tearing yourself inside and that would cause the bleeding. If it concerns you enough contact a doctor for a professional opinion.

You are probably either using it at too high of a setting, or too sensitive to use them.
