i dont know why since last few days i am noticing i am geting erection very frequently,and then i need to do activity to feel relaxed,also my girlfriends find out that my penis size is getting bigger from last few month lots of girls told me this.for few of them its hard to take but few of girls love to have now i am really confused what to do any suggestions please?

perhaps you are going through puberty & you are growing still? sort of like with women and their breasts...
um...perhaps you should also not be showing your penis to everyone? maybe you have some sort of disease where it grows out of overusage & too many women.... maybe you have stunned the records in this area & exceeded what any man has done before you.... that is why no one has any real answers for you?

I am guessing you are in your teens and have just started your "growth spurt" - perhaps getting taller and yes, other things grow faster too.
As for getting erections quickly, if I am right about your age, then your hormones are flying all over the place and you are sexually close to being at your peak (17).
That is not to say it goes downhill from there on - it doesn't - but typically, you are at your most hormone laden "anything triggers it" sort of time around 17.
So yes, it might well grow a bit thicker / longer, you voice may get deeper still, you might find anything even vaguely pleasing to the eye gets you erect and yep "doing activity to relax it" is all part of the fun too :)
