What info would be useful is:
What to eat, when to eat, when to sleep, any training or none? does massage help (i'm in Thailand so have easy access), how about tomorrow morning? should I have breakfast? what is best? The race is about 12KM run, 45KM cycle, 4KM kayak and a short swim. Any info will be much appreciate Thanks
