Yes. Sort of anyway. TRC is a cross-over series. But they're different in a sense that Sakura is more mature and Syaoran is more polite but how they feel for each other never changed. In TRC, Sakura is the daughter of Clow and Syaoran is just a commoner but in CCS, vise versa. If I may quote what a character said, "But deep down inside, they are the same souls."

If by Chronicle of the Wings you mean Tsubasa Reserve Chronicles, then yes the characters are the same. CLAMP decided to create the series using some characters also featured in some of their other works. (EX. the main characters are Sakura and Sharon, which are from Cardcaptors.)

yup, they're the same. except sakura from Tsubasa (chronicles of the wings) is much much taller than sakura in Cardcaptor sakura. lol. ><

Sharon's the same in both too. same goes with sakura's dad (which is Sharon's dad in tsubasa, i think) and Sakura's bro.

yes but only because chronicle of the wings (tsubasa reservoir chronicles) was meant to be a crossover series, using characters from CLAMP's previous works to create an entirely new adventure.

yup... some characters are the same such as sakura, syaoran, touya, yukito, clowreed, and tomoyo but there were also added characters from different animes of the same maker (CLAMP) such as chobits, clamp school detectives, xxholic, magicknightrayearth, angelic layer and many others... it is basically a combination of characters..
