1st of all let us differenciate the talented child and a normal child. Talented child would always gets the subject in the 1st instance. But a poor child needs lot of exercises like doing the same exercise more than 10 times which a talented would get bored and looses his interest.
the education department / ministers should take a look at their system, attitude. Even parents are misguided by school, college authorities for their economic growth.
Unfortunately, most of the Parents fix their children as currency minting machines. They want their child to become what they want. but never bauthered what the child want to become. They supress the child's personality development, freedom of expression by imposing teir rules.
And lot of political games are being played for their party's benefits. Reservation is not accepted by many, but the government can provide all facilities to the candidates to educate. But Govt. reservation system is being misused and the results...talented gets frustated and goes to backseat to take rest.

However, in reality a large number of parents are highly concerned about their children's education and career and slog equally like their children for their academic pursuits and excellence.

The child should be brought to a public school. and have his talent nurtured and develop all the more. Good motivation is a plus factor.
