Well, after having been raised in NC, then driving a semi long distance for 19 years and seeing every imaginable spot in the USA, I came off the road and moved to Florida!! But, my 'home' is still NC...it is really beautiful there! I just moved here because it's where my fella lived and I just love warm weather and beaches!! Good question!

Arizona,
Dinetah (North East specifically)

I now live on the outskirts of Phoenix because the good jobs are here.
But I need to go back where I grew up.
I still live there. Though I'm not physically there.
I know how it will be. My neighbors will just accept that I am back.
This is a good feeling.
I do not like the cities.

I don't want to retire, it means I am getting old. I was stationed in North Carolina, I don't think I would want to retire there. I am gonna have to stay in Wisconsin.

Kitsap Pennisula in Washington- can't beat it for beauty. We have it all;mountains, beaches, trees, lakes. Far from the big city and yet we have Seattle for all the arts and shopping and medicine. Great place to raise your kids and Grandkids. Sure it rains some, but it rains more in New York and we don't get much snow. No hurricanes or tornadoes here either. I love it.

I want to establish residency in Colorado, USA, but live in Vaud Canton in Switzerland.

Edit for clarification: I do not presently live in Switzerland, that is where I would like to spend much of my time when/if I retire. There is a nice enclave at Sion, and I am certain there are other places that would similarly suit my needs. I do reside in USA now.
