i am 4 months pregnant and had a adult party last night. i got told that i was not aloud to use sex toys............. is thats right?

unless you are on orders from your doc to abstain from sex you can use sex toys.

Several good points in the already posted answers. Make sure the toys are clean to avoid getting an infection, and don't get too rough. If you bump your cervix, it is likely to bleed because it is already sensitive from the pregnancy.

If you want to use sex toys while pregnant, be sure that it is sterilized. Don't use any vibrators because it's bad for the baby. and if you use it, be sure not to go very deep, you might hurt your baby or worse, risk your lives.
But if you will ask my opinion, better not use them at all. I don't think it is right. Please consider your health and safety.

You may have been told that because a lot of toys can have bacteria on them but if they are sterile I don't see why not-ask a doctor so you don't harm the baby.

no. im sure it depends on what kind of toys you are talking about... but if its not a problem to have sex while you are pregnant, then it is not a problem for you to use toys either.... i never had a problem with it!! :)

what do u think?.. u know the saying mum knows best... just because u dont have the little one in ur arms doesnt mean ur not a mum... try it if it hurts dont use it or if u bleed or whatever.. babies are tough little things within reason of course! use ur judgement and dont do anything silly..

You can have intercourse throughout pregnancy, so I would say it should be fine
