I use at least 2 fingers, but sometimes 5 or 6 fingers work too.

Sometimes I type with all 12 of my fingers, but lately I have taken to typing with my nose, so I can bang my head on the table more easily.

I type with 4 fingers on my left hand. use the right hand for clicking.

I guess I type using all of my fingers, although I don't really use my thumb on my left hand. And my pinky on my right hand gets used the most (backspace).
