The UN is a toy for the rich countries that keep it in existence. Without funding from the US, the UN would be even less viable than it is now. Do you have an example of this toying or is it just your impression?

We are paying 28% of UN budget,in addition to millions more for peace keeping forces around the world.We want to be sure that money is well spent.

right now US is in power, UN, WORLD BANK, UNESCO etc are toys in hand of America.

The Americans have no qualms about using all the world bodies to suit their needs and policies. They do not distinguish between American interests and the international obligations. They have extended the theory of national self-interest a little too far in international politics.
