That's a tough question. You can look at women on TV and see that they are beautiful, but then read about them and think that person is completely repulsive now. It's hard to say what beauty is. Beauty doesn't have to be a woman. Beauty is watching Niagara Falls, Looking out your window first thing the morning and there is 2 feet of snow. Holding your newborn for the first time. It can be whatever you want it to be. To me it is making someone genuinely smile without ever having to saying a word to them.

Beauty is in the eye of the behloder!!
Beauty can be inner and outer! External or tangible beauty is the figure, the looks, the clothing, the style.
Inner beauty is the patient wait for someone you love, the tears in the eyes of a caring mother, the help extende to the needy with a smile...
Every thing that God made is beautiful.

For me, it is the mental beauty that counts. What is physical beauty but a rainbow, just adding colour to the sky but not having any useful cause? An ugly person with a good heart is a black cloud, who gives water and happiness to the people who have suffered from the schorching cruelty of the Sun. For a simple farmer, a rainbow is meaningless, but a black cloud, though ugly, is pure joy. I am just like a simple farmer.

Intelligence. Honestly, the physical stuff is overrated. Beauty fades away over time. I don't care as much about fat/thin or blonde/brunette/redhead as much as the presence of critical thinking skills and good self-esteem.

I view beauty as physical beauty (those I am physically attracted to), mental beauty (those who desire to learn), and spiritual beauty (those who desire to grow).
