It says it's based "partially" on true events...So I don't know how much was real or not. All I know is that is a horrible ghost! What the heck could you do if you are being raped by a ghost? eww..
Can you believe they are making a remake of this?

I have watched the movie several times. It is said at the end of the movie that she moved from the house where it first occurred. And yes the entity followed her but there have been less encounters over the years. Other than that I don't know.
