There was an episode once where Matt had an affair with a pretty lady. Do you know how this could have happened? ( It WASN'T Miss Kitty. By the way, I don't think she ever found out!)

no it was not miss kitty it was micheal learned (the woman who played Mrs. Walton on the waltons). And matt dillon had lost his memory that is how it happened. No she never found out . good luck and god bless and happy thanksgiving.

Was that black and white, or later when the series was in color.
It seems like usually pretty ladies who have affairs with TV series heroes disappear-- leave town, get killed, what have you.
I love the intro, where they show a closeup of Matt's backside.
