Hard to put a title to something you haven't seen. If it's something to do with a family quilt, you could try using a synonym for the quilt. But if the quilt is a metaphor for the family mosaic, you might want to look at it from another aspect. If you were to describe the theme of the story in five words or less, how would you do it? Let your title reflect that information, in a playful manner if possible.
Really, all we can do at this point is give you a little creative kickstart, because without seeing the story, it's impossible to suggest a suitable title, creative or otherwise.

Use one word like THREADS or use a quote from the writing piece such as, "One more square to go . . " how about "Quilt my Family" good luck!
