So Im a teen and I got my first check. do u have to do anything to it in order to cash it or deposit it in a bank account? what does endorsing a check means? 10 points for answer

endorsing a check means to sign the back of it. You will need at least two pieces of ID to open a bank account, and they will probably hold the check for about 7 business days which means they don't count saturday or sunday as one of the days. It is good to establish a bank account now, make sure the bank knows it is your first account because there are often bonus for your first account .
