It is both. It is a tool, if you use it responsibly and sparingly. It is a threat when people are addicted to it and spend time on the computer which should be spent with children or spouses or work or other things in life. Also, it is an evil monster when innocent people get hooked on porn everyday because it's so readily available in your home. People who would NEVER go out and buy a porn mag, will click to it on the internet and get hooked. Also, people in chat rooms are dangerous. Especially to young children and teens.

you can teach the young by experiencing it first hand and after a year or two let go of the yahoo answers addiction and tell the kid not to do what you did
