it's not the eyes tha tmake you boring it's the soul behind the eyes that makes it boring or excitiing. but on the surface as far as physically, no. align a thin penciling of eyeliner on the top lid, or a smoky eyelid to make your eyes pop.. if yo u're trying to create a sexy and subtle touch to your eyes.

no i wish i had the colour of your eyes!! You are a lucky person who should be happy with your eyes but if you hate them that much (which i never understand why) wear colour contact lenses.
