Does Indian Cricket team need to change our current coach or need to change players in team ?

No Indian cricket team has one of the best talents in the world but they are wasting it by not playing to their potential. So we need not change the players but have to change their mind set by making them more professional and competitive. Indians should have the urge to win and win only they should have that spirit glowing int hem. Then only they can win. And if u wanna remove a player i suggest Suresh Raina as he is a kid and has to go the training at the lower level and have to upgrade him. He must be groomed and that should be done by making him play at the lower level. He has to be given confidence. All others must know their responsibilities and must know their role and play. They should not tell just like that "i can play at any position". Also the team management must know who can play where and must experiment on that basis. We cannot see Pathan or Dhoni at number 3. Number 3 is for an sheet anchor like Dravid or Ganguly. Kaif is also best suited for that job and Sachin and Shewag must always open. Ganguly must be inducted into the team and without him it is very difficult for India the win the World Cup.

Indian coach has got a target of world cup 07, let him finish his job first, till world cup no changes in coaching department.
Few players need to be rotated as per match requirements, those are out of form need to be rotated with in form players like nowdays Shewag,Sachin,Kaif,Raina,Agarkar they never perform consistently.... they need to be rotated with Ganguly,Laxman, Zaheer Khan, Anil Kumble etc.
Rotation is must, then only these players will realise why they can not play all matchs
