It was only done like two days ago. I can feel the split with my tounge.I mean.. its not HUGE..but enough to freak me out. It does hurt alot. Im afraid this'll risk my chance of infection.. Or the hole will split more. Will this heal by itself in a few days or so.. Or should I go to the doctors? I don't want it to get worse

Piercings rip ALL the time.. nothing weird at all.
Did it get caught on anything?
Or is it just doing it on its own?

If you got it caught on something just keep it clean. It should be fine.

If it is doing it on its own then it might just be rejecting.
Just keep an eye on it and if it starts to migrate you should take it out.

If you have a libret you might want to change it to a ring.
The libret jewlery puts pressure on your lip... and it can cause it to be raw.
DON'T CHANGE IT YOURSELF!!!
Go to a piercer... they can do it for you.

Usually any kind of cut or damage inside the mouth heals really fast!! It's been 2 days since piercing and it's not feeling better? Did you get it pierced professionally? If so, go back to your piercer and ask him if this is normal or not. I'm sure they see all kinds of things...if it does not feel better by like Monday ....I would definitely go see a physician..you don't want to risk any severe infections!!

When it comes to oral piercings (ie-tongue, lip, cheek, etc) they tend to heal a whole lot faster than other piercings. And considering you JUST got your piercing done, it's normal for the whole to feel a little strange. As long as you're keeping it clean and not pulling on your jewellery with your tongue or handling it when you're NOT cleaning it, it shouldn't get infected and will start to heal in no time.

Go see the doctor and if it begins to hurt go immediately. Pain is a sign of infection.
