It's a tie between Homey the Clown and Shanaynay.
I forgot Men on Film. My favorite is when Blaine(Damon Wayans) gets hit over the head and thinks he's straight! Two snaps in a circle!

Handiman. He was the funniest of all and I still laugh about any skit he was in. Just think of his arm moving. The other would be the head and his partner. Just too funny
