A worker at HSBC's Bangalore call centre has been arrested after being allegedly caught supplying personal details to fraudsters who went on to steal £230,000 from 16 of the bank's UK customers.
Nadeem Kashmiri, who has worked for HSBC for less than six months, was charged yesterday with allegedly hacking into the company's files and passing on information to allow others to steal the money.

HSBC said yesterday that enough personal details had been passed on to allow the fraudsters - also believed to be in India - to transfer the money to a number of Indian banks. He was caught after accessing bank account details that he had no reason to. But many British companies are willing to pull out of India in the light of this been exposed.

u wanna join call centre ,so u need to know 1st thing which call centre u wanna to join Domestic & International,need to have fluency in english.U should be free minded person but also know how to control ur anger because most of customer are abusive they use many good word like "****...***** etc."need to know thy r using these word to company not to u where u can control ur self
