you can write them backwards and pronounce them from there, but if you want the sounds to be backwards where if you taped yourself and played it the oppisite way you would get the word- you should tape yourself talking normally, then listen to it played backwards and mimick what oyu are hearing- after some practice you will be better able to make the appropriate sounds so you don just have the letters backwards but you are truly saying the word backwards.

Well, you can do it phonetically - or make stops where you think it's appropriate. My favorite is to say Subaru backwards - sounds like a silly insult - "U R A BUS" or "You are a bus!"
