what do you mean by master password?
if you want access to others accounts then you need only administrator password and then you can change users passwords.
if you want a lock the computer for all users then enable system security in bios.

By making a hard drive password. Go into BIOS, BIOS is the the hard drives OS. You do this hitting F1, or F2, whatever it is, and its self explnitory from there.
