No, because the desire to want it would be gone. Whether or not it hurt someone in order for me to do it is insignificant. But then again, fulfillment of desire causes me to forget that consequences even exist.

What ever 'it' was? There is no 'it', there are LOTS of things I'd do if there were no consequences, and many things I wouldn't do regardless of the lack of consequences.

my father secrectly raped and abused my mother for years but neither my siblings or i knew about it because my mother hid it from us and my father always made sure he was only violent when they were alone. Finally two years ago he hit my mother in front of us, and the police were called but did nothing about the situation. Now my family is going through terrible child custody battles and we aren't recieving any child support for my father's six children. My family is very broke, living pay check to pay check. if there were no repercussions, I would most definetly gouge out the eyes of my father, and cut out his tongue leaving him mutilated and helpless for the rest of his life.
