The most important thing you can do right now is not be too obvious -- it your boss starts to get complaints, you very well could be fired. It's really one thing to walk in on a guy dressing or undressing, but quite another to make a point of watching guys in the nude. It's really a matter of privacy. Respect another man's privacy.
Having said that, ALL men in locker room situations have at one time or another, taken more than their share of looks at other men. We are men and curious as to how we stack up to other guys: penis-wise, physique-wise, hairiness, etc. But most men don't make go there specifically for a show; it's just a few quick glances here and there and that's it.
It sounds to me that you are most probably having self-image problems over your own body -- talk to a counselor about this. Or even ask more direct questions on that topic here, in the men's health forum. If you know you are not gay, then you are not. However, if you continue to have this interest in men, consider the possibility that you are, at some level, bisexual. There may be a interaction effect here going on (poor body image + latent bisxuality). Whatever the case, voyeuristic tendencies have now come into play -- these other guys are not aware that you are specifically hanging around to see them drop their towels.
Lots of guys are bisexuals, by the way. It seems you are really focused on viewing full frontal views of males -- and that in of itself (at least for me) points towards bisexuality over pure heterosexuality. My suspicion is that you already have sexual fantasies about men but aren't giving us the full picture here of your sexuality -- how it is expressed or how you internally envision it or feel it.
If you have developed this habit of clandestinely looking at other males disrobe in the locker room, my guess is that you are, at the very least, a bisexual male. You might have subconsciously selected your work too partly so you could enjoy looking at nude men. One relatively safe way for bisexual guys to express their sexuality (under wraps) is to view male pornography or to watch guys disrobe, if given the chance. And you very much have the opportunity to see men take off their clothes, every workday.

It's a shame that you've gotten all the way to this age before using open locker rooms and showers with other guys. When I was young, we used them since elementary school, meaning all my classmates and I often saw each other naked before, during, and after puberty making it absolutely no big deal to see each other that way. Simple nudity isn't sexual when you're used to it, so being gay or not really is irrelevant.

It seems that the dudes who get naked in locker rooms are always old men. I've never really been tempted to look at old naked men.
Girls compare their bodies frequently so don't listen to those chicks who said you HAVE to be either bi or gay. Thats just ignorant. It's natural to want to see how your body stacks up with other men.
If this arouses you then yes, you might have a homo-sexual inclination.

First of all, you said you stall by drinking mouthwash, you should never drink mouthwash, that stuff will mess you up. Your either gay or curious about being gay, and you are worried about the size of your penis, just don't worry about your size. You cant change it, worrying about it is gonna drive you crazy.

If you are not gay then you are just curious about other men's bodies. Try looking at some of the naked men on the net. If there's no arousal then it is curiosity for sure. If you are gay, celebrate it.
And it sounds like you are just not comfortable with your own body. This will change as your self confidence grows.

I'm sorry, I don't want to judge you but how do you know and sure you're not a gay? I mean, were you getting aroused (erection) when you saw other men's penis?
Just relax and stay away from the places like that if you feel so uncomfort.

If you don't want to be in trouble, stop doing those things. I know you are not a gay, but you want to see the pen***s. You should go to a gay strip club to satisfy your appetite.

You are comparing yourself to other men, its a natural phase. It goes away when you learn to accept yourself, gain security in manhood. See the answer women give, they're reacting to it. When you are old enough to have confidence in your own manhood, that all stops. Wow, girls love these questions.
