Try to change ur meals from 3 to 2.
breakfast and lunch, dinner usually is what makes you fat, cause you go to sleep after dinner, not right away tho, but still yeah.
for breakfast, eat healthy, like toast, salad and an apple or any fruit you prefer.
for lunch, sandwiches, salad, fruit beverages, like carrot juice, apple juice...........

Honey, you can't. Hypnotism works though. With this your body will crave less food by the power of suggestion. Not everyone can be Hypnotized thoug, but if you can be you must be open to it and the power of suggestion.It works very well as I know because it helped me lose 50 lbs myself.

DO NOT try crash diets or diet pills. Do it the natural way. Proportion your meals, and exercise daily. Eat foods loaded with sugar, unhealthy fats, and salts extremely sparingly. Add more healthy foods to your diet. And by proportion, I do not mean one-bite meals, I mean meals that are enough to fill you up, not make you feel bloated.

you cant. thats impossible unless you tak diet pills which hurt your body! just work out alot and eat healthy no more junk food
