I am 70 years old having very good experience and most efficient in drafting important communications and also having very good accuracy and speed in Computer in word, which I learnt by myself. I worked in various offices, institutions and court and am expert in official correspondence, official procedures, drafting agreements and varied matters. Having become a rolling stone I could not get any moss (saving) and at this old age of 70 I am struggling hard to meet both ends in my family. In the last leg I joined this institution and working as an officer since the last 7 years. But they are paying me a scant little amount but getting good service from me with my experience. All important letters /agreements are drafted by me.They are keeping as temporary without PF EL or any perks, Like this they are keeping many on temporary but I am the sr.most. The salary is very low after 7 years now 5,000/-. How can I get justice ? Please suggest and help. Can I get good job elsewhere thanks.

please try in mnc s am sure they ll pay you much better. if you have good communication skills and voice control is still good. you can join a call centre some company may not discriminate age so u can get through. pl try . am sure u deserve better.

First of all, work on your resume and make it an excellent one. You may also take the help of consultant to make an attractive resume. Then You should submit your resume to leading jobsite like www.monster.com, www.careerbuilder.com. Also you should consult local placement consultant in your area. In the meantime, look out for an option to work online. Although it wont pay you like full time job but its good to make some extra cash. I am a part time worker doing work online at home, so I would like to share a link where you can make $600 in a month working at home. Dont worry. World is very very big. So better try out somewhere. The private companies need lot of experienced people only. They extract work but at the same time pay salaries worth it & more than what we expect. But till you get the job dont leave this job. Once you get it just wind off. I can understand how bad you will feel. Try out. Dont loose hope. You will surely get a better place.

I would go to the government or city offices to apply. They aren't supposed to age discriminate and you should have good luck. But if you like where you are I would speak with your boss and ask for an increase in wage.
