I used to be afraid too but one day I was like okay lets see what this is all about. At first it was real uncomfortable but after awhile i dont even feel it. I actually prefer a tampon to pads now.

Then don't until you are ready. If you really want to use them, then make the attempt now and then. But know that it's normal not to be able to get it at first. You have to totally relax and be in whatever position will make it easiest for you. It took me a while, trying off and on for some months when I felt brave, then one day I just surprised myself and got it.

U should be they are awful i think that they feel awful plus u could end up getting toxic shock syndrome which pretty much poisons ur body so i stick to pads a little cushiony but better than getting sick i think

That is normal. If you are not comfortable with a tampon dont worry about it. Dont use them stick with pads. I would not recommend using themuntil you are completely comfortable with them. Thanks.

why is this so?
if you relax and read the instructions you will be fine and don't leave it in too long
talk to an female adult or doc about it if you are still unsure

go to www.begingirl.com they will send you samples of feminine products and explain how to use tampons.its really no big deal.tampons are way cleaner then pads but maybe its just my opinion
