Will they bring him back through that andriod they found or will they find the real data floating through space somewhere

Well, I think if they never make another Next Generation Trek movie he will go down as being dead, if however they get the go ahead form the studio to make another you will either see Brent Spiner back as the brother, with him learning and growing possibly as an ensign on the Enterprise, or you could see Data alive, and find out that Data sent his brother instead to save the crew! That last one seems unlikely, since Data values all life forms! I think all us Trek fans should just resign ourselves to the fact that Data is dead, and he died saving the lives of his crew and his friends! There is no greater sendoff for a character than that!!

did you know that originaly the plan for Nemesis and Data were a slight differnt?
The original idea was that the enterprise was going up against Q one last time.
(in a way i wish they had done this)
but something would be against them as well.
like the movie it would be too much for the enterprise and everyone would be in danger of death.
So DATA would somehow evacuate everyone, take the ship over, and go on a suicide run against the target.. this would caust both him and the ship.
Also there was supposed to be having the bearded guy (cant think of his damn name) and his wife troy now on their own ship (not sure if they planned to put it in the movie or not).
And Picard would spend time with the woman from "Insurrection" during his time off.
Sadely all this was dropped for the simpler story.

You can't be dead if you were never alive to begin with. Unless you have batteries; and Data did not.
