I don't know where you are located, however, look in the yellow pages under "Churches," and see if you have a Spiritualist Church nearby. Here is their link: they help to develop both psychic and mediumship abilities -- for free!
http://www.nsac.org/
If you do not have one in your city, contact that link, and ask where the nearest person would be who could help you.

I am actually a psychic medium, and I hold monthly Psychic Exploration meetings at my home in Felton, California. I am psychic and so are two of my 3 sisters -- it often runs in families. Although not all the people in our group are psychic, we all share information related to psychic information such as lucid dreams, psychometry, reading auras, mediumship, and other topics. We currently have about 12 regular members -- and it's great fun, we all share snacks, people will bring cds or dvds of particular topics, or we experiment on each other while doing things such as learning to "see" the aura.

If you do not have a Spiritualist Church nearby, then you may want to run a free ad (in a local paper) for people who are also interested in developing psychic abilities. It does take time and energy, however, with persistence you can bring out more of what you have naturally.

It is like playing the piano -- some people are just natural with it -- they seem to be able to sit and just play by ear -- other people need to take lessons and learn to read music and practice, practice, practice.

I suggest, if you can, to advertise to bring people together of like-mind who also want to develop those abilities. Learning on-line isn't always the best thing -- being in person with other people is most effective -- after all, you get immediate feedback, you are able to "test" your abilities on "real" people, and you can gauge your own talents.

Good luck and I'm sure you will find a way!

there's not really such a thing as 'psychic powers'
but there is something called 'lucid dreaming'
if you've seen the movie Vanilla Sky with Tom Cruise then you might sort of know what I'm talking about

Basically, it's a way of being concious in your dreams- being aware that you're dreaming and able to contol what goes on.
Lucid dreamers say that their dreams are extraordinary. They are able to fulfil all their dreams in life and do impossible things. Some have even reported lucid dreams that take on a hyperreality, seemingly "more real than real", they are memoarble and change your view on life!

It's scientifically proven that you can 'control your dreams' in a sort've matrixy way and I'd love to be able to do it. It takes a lot of willpower, strength of mind and time, but the results must be incredible.

Try this website

I hope things work out!

When a problem is occuring, you could try and use your psychic powers to find out what is going to happen next.

I can help you to develop your psychic ability.

Slow your mind. Modern life tends to wind us up; literally speeding up our brainwave frequency. Normal daily, wide-awake, states of consciousness are Beta frequency 14 up to 20+ cycles per second. Beta level brainwave activity is too fast to allow psychic connections. Beta brain is a busy brain so the practices of meditation and relaxation methods you are comfortable with are the first steps to develop psychic ability.
