If you don't get another one soon, your not going to feel too comfortable for a while. Get a new costume, but don't get latex.

Try some body glove lotion, works wonders for chaffing. In fact I was discussing that very subject with a friend a few days ago.

I think your costume is great - just use Gold Bond Talc! And, it prevents Jock Itch!
