Wal-Mart definitely has them and of what I can tell the extra low rise jeans aren't in style anymore so that's fine. And you aren't alone, I'm too fat to wear low rise myself. I don't necessary like the high or really high waisted jeans but if don't have the body for anything else....LOL

I don't think anyone makes high-waisted jeans anymore. Try a thrift store like the Salvation Army.
P.S. High-waisted jeans look terrible on everyone. They do make mid-rise jeans that are very flattering and don't flash your butt crack when you bend over.

as long as your tall and have like really skinny legs you can pull it off i wear skinny jeans all the time w/ flats i dress it up to. like if i wear black skinny jeans i wear silver flats and it looks honestly great.with high waisted skinny's theres no difference when it comes to shoeware. pointed toe flats are your best bet !

Hopefully, never. High-rise jeans are pretty awful. I'm sorrrryyyyy, unless you plan on being Steve Erkle for the next Halloween..
