Pick up some odd jobs on the weekends, like raking leaves, walking dogs ect...Get a paper route, ask for an allowance for doing chores around the house. The honest way is always the best way. Have your mom help you set up a savings account and any time you get cash for your birthday and special occasions, add that. Before you know it, you'll have your $600 and be proud to know that you earned it. The best of luck to you.

You'll probably get some Cash Crate suggestions and that's one way if you have all day and get someone to sign up for you because you're not old enough. You will work for pennies.

Remember, on the Internet no one knows how old you are unless you tell them, so get your folks to open a PayPal account for you to put money into and write a good report with a catchy title and sell it online.

Get the report written on anything you know about that other people would pay a couple of bucks for and I'll help you learn how to sell it. First get it done and show me a copy so I know you're serious. Don't worry, I'm not going to steal it, I have tons of reports I sell already.

I think it's great that you are thinking at 13 and I would love to help you.

I will advise you to look out for an option to work online. I am a part time worker doing work online at home, so I can share my personal experience with you. When u are planning for a home based online work, be very careful because most of them are scam and ask you to pay initial money. never pay money to any such site. Did you ever heard that if u r going for a job and employer ask you for money before hiring? I would like to share a link where you can make $600 in a month working at home. The work need to be done is posting a discussion and answering a discussion. the link is:

When I was younger my first job was a 'mailbox repairman'. I lived in a neighborhood that was older and had some pretty bad looking mailboxes.

Scout out older residential neighborhoods where mailboxes are in need of repair. I charged $10 a mailbox (this was 15 years ago) to remove dents, repaint, re-mount.

I went out on Saturday mornings when ppl were most likely at home. Bring your materials with you and offer to 'fix' it there on the spot. Most people will shell out $10-$20 for a fresh coat of paint on their mailbox.

Time investment:
Typically 30 mins per mailbox.

if you live in a cold climate, you can make a lot of money this winter shoveling snow off people's sidewalks and driveways. or try a newspaper delivery route.
