To be honest, I dont really think any course is hard providing you have a genuine interest in the topic. There will be modules that are more difficult to interpret than others but as I said, if you have the time, patience & passion for the subject, it should be just fine for you. Good luck whatever you choose, studing can be a great way to enlighten yourself.

I would say that it depends on how detailed they get in the class. If you are only talking about human anatomy and physiology, it might be a bit easier than an animal class where many species are discussed. That isn’t to say human anatomy and physiology is a very easy class. It does take work and studying as well. I would also say it depends on if dissection is involved (if it is human anatomy, the subjects may be a bit much for some people). It will be a hard class for some and easier for others. I personally loved the human anatomy and physiology class I took in high school, and the animal anat/phys courses in college were just as good. But I know others struggled with the courses.

I think a lot of it depends on two things; the professor and your attitude towards it. I personally found it quite simple but I did two things that made it a lot easier for me...
1.) I got a copy of the Grey's Anatomy Coloring Book. It made it easier to visualize the human body and where the various systems were located.
2.) I sat in on an autopsy. To actually be able to visually see where the organs are located made a huge difference.
Get a study group going for this class. It's much easier when you work together and are able to quiz one another. Also, if there's a lab available at your school to supplement the A&P class, take that.
Good luck!

When you study both subjects you should have a picture of what you are studying. You can buy colored ones, it would make learning more enjoyable. You should be able to visualize what you are studying!
I am a doctor & both are really hard subjects but you have to love them to survive medical school. It you hate them, then studyig will be hard. They are first year subjects in medicine proper for us. If you fail, then it might be the end of your medical career.

It depends on the college what degree of difficulty you'll find. anatomy is memorization and physiology is conceptual, so it also depends on your aptitudes in these areas. basically, yes, its hard, but if you put in the time, its totally doable.

I didn't think so. I took my course at the community college level (A & P 101). I thought it was fun and interesting. I still have my lab books.

It can be. When I took it.. all I did was study. There will be labs with it also that can be time consuming. Be prepared to do a lot of memory work.

They say that it is tough, because we know so much more about the body now. It pays to study it up ahead as much as you can before you take the course.
