if he is a good person, then she wants him back, but so what, dont worry about that stuff...worry about keeping him happy so he wont go back, do not get jealous, that is the worse thing u could do...

I think that maybe his ex girlfriend may still have feelings for him. THat is the only reason why she would write that.
