There's this guy that's really been ticking me off lately. I want to tell him just how badly, and I want to let him know just what I think of him but I want to keep some integrity. I know some of the things that I want to say are not the right thing to say but I've been holding it in for nearly a year now and it's bugging the crap out of me. I'm wondering if I should just drop it and keep it in...or telling him just how much of a scum bag he is.

Kick the jerk to the curb.............. Cut him loose without ANY explaination. It will kill him .

Well here's what you do, write everything down on paper that is bothering you about him and don't hold back. When you're done throw it away, at least you will have got it off your chest and still have your integrity as you said.
