I own a business and the skate boarders are always there doing their stunts on my stairs and wheelchair ramps. They leave behind the garbage and the insides of cigars where they make blunts and they have broken the rail and one of my windows. I found where a skateboard had gone thru the botom of the broken window.
I answered a question about skate boarders and put my opinion with it and was in violation of community guidlines because I offended the skate boarder. Has anyone else had problems with skate boarders?

This may seem like a way out solution... bear with me,

Play classical music outside your shop, stuff like "Vivaldis Four Seasons" assuming you are allowed to do so. Doing this has been proven to disperse "undesirables". They wont be looking very cool hanging outside your shop and listening to Classical Music !

If you can put up a speaker outside, then make sure you bring it inside at night and make sure the "skate dudes" cant vandalize and break the speaker...

A crazy idea, but it might just work ! All the best.

A 2nd Idea... Scatter a liberal dash of grit (tiny stones) all around the walk ways and sidewalks by your shop... after 1 or 2 broken wrists and banged knees they might finally find somewhere else to hang out. An underhand tactic that might get you sued... but then they are illegally skating around ... you'd have to ask your lawyer about this

It is sad that your business has this problem. You should try different local government agencies until you can find one that will help you. Start with zoning and safety. If they don't help you the day could come that they are skateboarding at you empty storefront and the municipality is not getting taxes, etc. Also consult with an attorney. Good Luck.
