No. Male attraction to breasts is cultural. Our culture has turned breasts into a fetish, but many other cultures ascribe no sexuality to breasts at all. It is the same as a man going shirtless.

No in areas where tribes wore nothing form the top up it was a cultural tthing and evidently there was no sexual exicitment in the males there form bare breasts.
I saw a film(I think in news week about 20 yrs a go) of an island where all of the native women were bare breasted and taking typing classes in school. It did not appear to mean anything to the men there.
Evidently their (the men) sexuality was in question after about age 30. They appeared to shpow little interest in females and I mean these girls looked fine.
It's possible tha thtis was a methiod of weedding out older suitors for better younger ones of good health and strength in times past. Evolution works that way in the human world as well as the animal.

Generally, in situations with nudity, or more nudity than we're used to, even us modest Westerners lose interest. Nudist colonies, for example- after the initial discomfort, most people stop noticing all the nekkidness around them. If you grow up with it, it's even less noticeable.
Also, the areas that are considered most erotic change from culture to culture and from era to era. Once upon a time, the flash of a woman's ankle would set a Victorian man's heart racing. In some Middle Eastern cultures, I've heard, it's a woman's hair or her hands (or the thought of what those hands can do). Those tribes probably have different ideas of what's erotic than we do; the breasts may be included, but probably not at the keep-them-hidden way we think of it.

I spent 2 weeks on a nude beach, at the end of the 1st week I didn't get an impulse from anything. I just gained the experience of knowing what woman's breasts look like by looking at her face.
