i cant download my messenger my computer says access to that file denied what do i do i cant find restoreanywhere and i had to re install my windows i lost all pics and music ect. please help i'm freakin out i have no idea what my daughter did shes 2

this has happened to me all trhe time this is what i do.
go to the START then to ALL PROGRAMS then to ACCESORIES then to SYSTEM TOOLS then click on SYSTEM RESTORE it restores your computer to an earllier time and it give you dates to where you can re-store it to. Once your done try http://www.ccleaner.com/ its 100% free and cleans up the uneeded junk in your computer it also has a free EROR FIXER try it :)
