I prefer BSC. They sounded smarter, and they were dealing with real-life problems. And I have something in common with each Baby-Sitter. But, Do you prefer SVH or BSC?

i used to love SVH when i was a kid. hmm. thanks, maybe i'll get my daughter some of those books for xmas. she'd really like BSC. thanks for the idea. she is so hard to shop for.

I was deffinately more into BSC. I especially loved the spooky mystery ones. I read a couple SVH and just couldn't get into them. Of the mysteries, I think I liked the Lighthouse one, Claudia and the Haunted Lighthouse, I think is what it was called. Good stuff!

I remember reading those books..long long ago! lol... My daughter reads them now and while she likes SVH she tends to veer toward BSC for the same reasons as you.

ive never really read any of them i read the babysitters club i think but i guess there both ok i did read some of the boxcar children i didnt like them all that much
