2 yrs back or so, newspaper showed just what Pres. R Reagun did not do to really help the christian left?

Pres. Reagun smooth talked the Christian right durning his term, a Calif. newspaper reported on this, showing that Pres. Reagun actually did nothing to further their cause, anybody see this or know of a different sourse, thanks, nike
